RE: Broken PC Monitor

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have looked again at your monitor and can find nothing wrong with

any part of the electrical components within the device itself.

The damaged visibility you mentioned did not show up during

the extensive testing we put it through.

Quite often we find that owners of new systems over exaggerate

the problems they think are there. As a company we

pride ourselves for the excellent customer service we offer

and would like to point out that we have been building PC Systems

for over 12 years now with very few problems having been reported.

Please ensure you have read the instruction booklet that should

accompany this Computer, as clearly the difficulties you are

experiencing are due to your lack of understanding of this system.
