Dear Sir/Madam,
it has been noted from our records that an outstanding account
is due from this address. The sum of £22,450.77 is owed for
the purchase of a consignment of Ram Chips and Software ordered
from our supply department some eight weeks ago.

The agreement, signed by you states that the outstanding balance
should be paid not later than 30 calendar days after delivery.
We have attempted to contact you on three separate occasions
without success.

If the amount due is not paid in full one week from today,
this company, Scholeey Chips and Software LTD will initiate
legal proceedings to recover the dept.
